In the first box write down the 1 thing that will move your business to the next stage. It’s not a ‘to do list’
don’t fill out 24 boxes in one go.
The focus is to simplify your day by providing you with only one item that is part of your business strategy that absolutely needs to get done (don’t write in clear your inbox – that won’t help your business goals).
It needs to be something that makes your business better today than it was yesterday.
