Maybe borrow less, bootstrap the early stage of your business and drive a crappier car, you will owe fewer investors and head into profit faster.
You and your customers will both be better off as you will not cut corners to deliver outstanding service it may cost you in time and emotionally but your customer will thank you and most likely come back for more great service, over time likely paying you more.
I have genuinely had clients asking to pay me more than my going rate as they didn’t want to lose the quality and service.

I am certainly fairly anti-FREEBIE, it sends the wrong message.
I have experienced potential clients asking for freebies to see if the quality is what they were after. I have walked away from these customers as if they start by asking for cheapie now, it’s unlikely they will pay a premium in the future.
